Das Hannes Zerbe Jazz Orchestra ist eine unkonventionelle Bigband, die seit 2011 existiert. Unter der Leitung von Hannes Zerbe, einem der krativen Jazzmusiker der DDR, spielen in Berlin und der internationalen Jazzszene bekannte Musiker. Seine Kompositionen bilden einen komplexen Rahmen, der den Musikern so einiges abverlangt und dem Ganzen eine Struktur verleiht. Einflüsse von modernem Jazz, sinfonischer Musik bis hin zu Frank Zappa sind spürbar. […]
