Als Thomas Borgmann und Willi Kellers im Januar 2015 zum Tenor-Festival ins New Yorker IBeam eingeladen wurden und ihnen Max Johnson als Bassist vom Veranstalter an die Seite gestellt wurde, war dies ein Glücksfall.
